Description: | Pinnell - Xerox is a leader in the fast-paced and ever-expanding office technology industry. We are currently looking for a self-motivated, income focused, energetic individual to join our Managed Print team in Kennewick, WA.
Job requirements include:
Works closely with the Equipment Division/Sales to uncover additional revenue opportunities.
Applies a consultative approach to analyzing customer requirements, activity levels, and related costs.
Maintains sustained sales activities; phone calls, cold calls, marketing letters, appointments, assessments, proposals and database updates.
Develops complex proposals including detailed floor plans, documented activity levels (Excel), cost analyses (Excel) and proposed solutions (PowerPoint).
Meets or exceeds revenue expectations.
Performs quarterly account reviews to ensure accurate assessment levels.
Prepares daily/weekly action plans to insure focused activity.
Keeps abreast of changes in technology, and possesses an understanding of basic user abilities to propose solutions.
Serves as first line of contact with customers, responsible for creating and maintaining accurate paperwork on each sale.
Demonstrates a commitment to the Pinnell-Xerox sales processes, values and business code of ethics.
Performs others duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or Communications. Experience in the office products or similar industry a plus.
Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
Strong presentation and customer service skills required.
Strong relationship management skills with customers and personnel within the organization required.
Strong negotiation skills required.
Strong organizational skills. Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines, and use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities.
Strong initiative with ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions.
Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet required.
Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods.
Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
Ability to work under stress/pressure to meet deadlines and financial objectives.
Ability to travel to customer sites, offsite meetings, company related functions, etc. with short notice.
Valid drivers license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage required.
